Sounds like you have a program that was either uninstalled and is damaged and it can't find that DLL file.

Try turning off all the programs that start when the PC starts and see if that helps. To do this:

Click on START the on RUN and type MSCONFIG in the text box and press OK.

When the System Configuration Utility comes up go to the START UP Tab and untick everything listed and then click ok and reboot the computer.

If this fixes the problem then one of the programs you unticked is causing the problem , you just need to figure out which one.
Reply:I think it's malware. Try downloading prevx:

As they are the only who announces about this file yet. Probably it's kind of a new one.

Also you may check other anti-spyware programs if this does not help:

Reply:What have you installed reciently. You could uninstallit, or

1] Press Windows+R type msconfig press enter

2]Goto Startup tab - Have a look at the items, and make sure they are the items you want started
Reply:Appears you are missing a dll file, try putting your recovery disk in the cd/rom and reboot, allow it to reinstall your OS. That has worked for me in the past when I uninstalled a program. Sometimes 'shared' files get deleted when you do an uninstall. It can't hurt to try it. dll stands for 'dynamic link library' and the files are the core of Windows, all versions, so at least give it a try. Ron
