when start up my compueter say that "required DLL file"as it is missing in the window...what should i do?

"choose to extract file from disk" type shlwapi.dll. You will need a Windows 98 CD in your CD-Rom drive, to extract the .dll file.
Reply:since microsoft no longer supports windows 98 I say UPGRADE your computer and get a new system
Reply:Your copy of Windows 98 is corrupted. You need to reinstall Windows in order to get the required DLL's back. Sorry.
Reply:Go to start menu, and open "run".


Open C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SFC.exe, and choose extract one file from installation disc. Write in the name of the file, then click on "start."
