Also get a Cannot find the file 'C:\WINDOWS\system 32\drivers\ntndis.exe
What is error loading C:\WINNT\system32\hvvigvyj.dll and how do I fix it for free?
I don't know what the first dll is but a quick search told me that ntndis.exe is a malicious program, so my bet is that its a good thing your operating system can't find it. My guess is that the other dll is also something you shouldn't have in the first place.
If the errors pop up when you start the computer there could be a reference to the programs in your startup sequence.
I haven't touched WINNT in a long time so I'm assuming how to change this is the same as 9x/XP.
Go to start %26gt; run and type in 'msconfig' in the dialog box without the quotes. This should bring up a menu with a few tabs. My advice to you is don't touch to many things in these tabs. You could very break your operating system and will have to go through a mess of trouble to fix.
Click on the 'start up' tab. This lists the programs/files that are run when Windows boots up. Go down the list looking either in the Startup Item list or Command list looking for the names of the two files. The name could either be like 'ntdndis.exe', blank or will have some weird name. If at first you can't find it then you'll need to look down the 'Command' list which will either have the name of the file or the entire Path to the file (i.e. "C:\WINNT\system32\drivers\ntndis.exe").
When/If you find it simply uncheck the box to the left that is in the same row as it.
Then hit 'okay' and restart the computer.
If you couldn't find it then it'll be in your registry. Do a search for how to modify the registry and find those files. I don't want to explain it here because changing something in a registry by accident can sometimes lead to horrible things.
Hope it helps.
