Why is it saying "C:\WINDOWS\Kernel32.dll" when i try to download yahoo instant messenger?
remove from add and remove programs





ADD AND REMOVE PROGRAMS





remove programs you are not using


click start bottom left on task bar(the blue bar probaly at bottom of your screen)


then control panel


then add and remove programs


find the program(s) you want to remove


choose remove


reinstall


install yahoo messenger


for beta choose get started


for standard click download


go here
