My friends laptop keeps coming up with this message.. Error in C:\Users\Laura\AppData\Local\Temp\agsdxq... Missing entry:Run
This then deletes the desktop icons and freezes most of her lappy apart from the program she is using!
Can anyone please help us get rid of this or tell us how to fix it!

get rid of it it might be a virus of error :S try www.superantispyware.com and advanced windows care v2
Reply:get AVG and Ad-Aware and run them to get rid of the virus and potentially spyware. it really sounds like a trojan (which is classified as a virus)
