What version r u running? Either use ur restore disk or use the repair option on ur installation disk
How do i reinstall a program called "resource dll" to my p.c.?
Easiest way is to copy from another PC into your PC's C:\windows\system or wherever it should resides.
Reply:if you have the restore disk that came with your pc or the OS software disk then back up your stuff and insert the restore disk or renstall windows with the windows cd
