I use avg anti virus 7.1 It keeps popping this virus though i press "Heal" everytimne. How to premanently remove this virus?

and to keep viruses out use a firewall i think : zonealarm is the beast!! it stops all most every thing!!

do the scan in safe mode


turn off both restore and recycle bins


reboot and recheck


then go back and turn of restore and recycle bins
Reply:DID YOU GET A WORM WITH THE UPLOAD,? SOMEONE ELSE ON HERE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. GO TO BOOT- THEN HIT F8 GET TO SCANNING FOR VIRUS AND SPYWARE IN SAFEMODE THEN DELETE. DO NOT USE THE AVG- DO YOU HAVE ANOTHER ANTIVIRUS STASHED SOMEWHERE? UHHG! YOU GOT TO GET IT OFF.

(1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot do that now .Update it and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode


(2) Do an online virus scan to check if you still have any other viruses in your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .
