What you have is a trojan horse virus.
1. Get the latest updates for you anti virus program and follow first link shown below.
2. No Anti Virus or a bad anti virus program? Highly recommend going to AVG and downloading AVG Internet Security Suite 7.5 0 day trial version (link 2) . Download program, do nit install. Uninstall your anti virus program. Reboot, Install AVG, allow to get it's updates than follow first link.
3. DO NOT RUN SYSTEM RESTORE
Reply:Your computer is infected by spyware, you need to clean it to remove these in order.
