What does this mean.."error loading c:/windows/system32/xpefynik.d... pops up everytime i log on

Also, i tried running several spyware programs and adware in safe mode because my internet explorer rowser settings keep switching automatically to ACCEPT ALL COOKIES even when i change it to medium myself. I also have alotof popups ad those that say "your computer is running at risk click here to scan" type popups. Can anyone recommend a program or something i should do to fix my computer??..your help is greatly needed and appreciated

I would say Vundo because of your browers settings switching.
