if software won't get rid of it, reinstall your OS

If it's a virus where it'll redownload itself once deleted, he'll need to use a certain type of software to get rid of it. If the software doesn't work, then do what the guy above me said.

Anyway, I don't get too much into all the software for such things. But, Avast and Spybot would probably get rid of it.
Reply:Since you know the file name, just do a search for it and delete in manually, it will be fine and dandy once you do. Sometimes anti virus software can't delete it on its own because of code in the virus. Good luck.

Update: Well, I've had one virus where nothing could delete it for me, they found it, and i just took it out myself. That fixed everything. If the end of your thing says "shell32" though, that's a whole other story, then you have to do what the two below have said, and reinstall your OS because it's right embedded into one of your OS codes.
