With virus scan file c:\windows\system32\jet50.dll having virus win32/kvlgeneric a Trojanhorse downloader.

Not able to delete this file with any anti virus . How to delete this file? Please help. Even this file in win32 is protected . Not able to delete.

1. Turn off system restore


2. re boot in safe mode with internet


3. Do a free online scan

4 re boot run your AV if clean turn on system restore.

Reply:If you know the file dic. you can boot up in safe mode, go to system32 and find jet50.dll and right click and delete it.


I believe this virus has been made in china.

select "SAFE MODE" safe mode means the basic system files of windows will be run.... so you expect that your computer runs faster...


open your anti-virus and delete for a virus found...


reboot your computer.

Reply:google a program called kill box (but be carefull and make sure that you know what you are deleteing bc you can screw your computer up bc this tool dont mess around ) all you have to do is enter the full path to the file and it has no choice it is gone
