HELP! I cant run any programs. I can only login in safe mode. I cant run system restore without that message.
C:\Windows\system3\OLEACC.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error.?
The best thing I can think of here is to use your Operating System disk and Click on Repair windows and if that dont Work Reinstall windows.
