i can not upload pictures on websites

i don't understand which program you are using...
If is Yahoo Photos Beta try installing the Easy Upload Tool
Internet Explorer (1.5Mb after installation):
Click Upload Photos on your account Home page. You’ll also find this button on other pages, above the collections list on the left.
Read the instructions and begin the installation process by clicking the Download Now button at the top of the page.
When prompted, click Run – and then Run again to start the installer
Follow the installer instructions. When installation is complete, Yahoo! Photos takes you to the upload page. Go ahead – start selecting photos. You’re all set!
Note: The Internet Explorer version of the Easy Upload tool is 1.5Mb after installation. If your computer can’t accommodate this, you may want to upload your photos individually by clicking Upload photos one-by-one at the bottom of the installation instructions page.
Mozilla Firefox (28Kb after installation):
Click Upload Photos on your account Home page. You’ll also find this button on other pages, above the collections list on the left.
Read the instructions to get familiar with the installation process.
If you do not see the “Software Installation” window, continue immediately below. If you do see the window, skip to the next step.
Click Download Now on the installation instruction page.
Look for a yellow bar at the top of the page and click the Edit Options… button in the upper-right corner.
Click Allow to add our site to the Allowed List, then click OK to close the window.
Click Download Now again to get to the Software Installation window.
From the Software Installation window click the Install Now button. When the installation is complete, close all Mozilla Firefox windows and restart your Firefox browser.
Return to Yahoo! Photos, login with your Yahoo! ID, and click Upload Photos. Ready – set – go!
