It might be adware/spyware or a virus. try removing it.

I used spybot and superantispyware and that got rid of my problem.
You need to go to the start menu….. "my computer" add/remove hardware and see if any programs have been added that you are not aware of.
On your browser Go to tools...... internet option...... delete cookies …….delete files and all offline content
From the start menu........got to my computer.......click on the hard drive icon........search file or folder.....all files and folders....A word or phrase in a file........ then paste.....gdacrfu.dl...
delete what is not necessary
