Error loading C:\windows\system32\jrskwbo.dl... The specified module could not be found. What does that mean

A while ago I had a service clean out all the junk in my computer. He did it with a remote access thing. It works fine now. The message pops up every time we turn on the computer. My dad wants to know what that is.

Error loading C:\windows\system32\jrskwbo.dl... The specified module could not be found. What does that mean
someone deleted a file that it was starting with windows, if the computer works fine without it you don't need to reinstal windows again, to get rid of that message do the following:

click start, then 'run'... type 'regedit' and then enter

in the reg. editor select the 'edit' menu and then 'find, or search' (sorry, my pc is not english lang) then type in your search field the name of the missing file 'jrskwbo' and when you find something with that name, at the right part of screen, delete it, search all the registry with that name pressing F3 key and delete all, do it until you can't find anything with that name.. it should fix the problem

good luck
