DLL error on Startup! HELP ME?

Application popup: RTHDCPL.EXE - Illegal System DLL Relocation : The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\HHCTRL.OCX occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

DLL error on Startup! HELP ME?
Try this first:

Go to Start | Run and type in:

cmd

In the command window type this:

regsvr32 hhctrl.ocx

This will re-register the OCX

I just found out what caused this on my machine:

Go to Control Panel | Add or Remove Programs and check the "Show Updates" box. Scroll down and remove Windows XP Security Update KB925902. Reboot and see if that helps. You can always reinstall it later if it doesn't work
Reply:Microsoft updates! Ya gotta love 'em. Report It

Reply:I would also consider going to one of the following dll sites and searching for the missing DLLs

http://free-dlls.com

http://dllcity.com

Thats helped me in the past. Report It

Reply:download the HHCTRL.OCX file again and replace it in the system32 folder
