spool is for printing
On startup of pc get missing entry c:\windows\system32\spool\driv... what dioes it mean?
spool refers to printing. if you get a missing entry on startup then you've obviously uninstalled a printer driver from your system, but the uninstall didnt take the entry out of the startup/shutdown routines. Depending on what os you are running the entry will be in different places. easiest way of getting rid of the problem is either reinstall the driver and uninstall it again (to see if the uninstall removes the entry properly), or try and find the entry in the registry and delete it so its not trying to load it in the first place.
Reply:It means a print driver is missing or damaged in the start-up routine. As part of the boot cycle the system goes through all peripherals to make sure they are in good order. Even if you don't have a printer hooked up to your system, it will still look to make sure all the drivers are in good condition. You may have to reinstall a print driver, probably one that is in your Operating System install disk, to fix the problem.
Reply:go to add/remove ,remove your printer
then reinstalit from the c d you got with ya printer
