Dll help..error when I turn laptop on now?

RTHDCPL.EXE - illigal SYSTEM DLL relocation.

The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory.

The application will not run properly.

The relocation occured because the DLL

C:\WINDOWS\user32\HHCTRL.OCX

occupied an address reserved for Windows system DLLs

The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for New DLL

Don't do a Windows repair. This is caused by a couple buggy Windows updates. Go here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935448/ to see the explanation and a very small file to download to fix it. I did about 20 of these this week...
Reply:Hi,

Just do a "Windows Repair" this should fix your problem or go back to a restore point when your P.C was working correctly.
Reply:You're the 38th person I've helped with this problem. There is windows security update that's causing this file to be relocated in memory. The security update is : KB925902

Go to control panel%26gt;%26gt;add or remove programs checkmark the box at the top next to "show updates"scroll down towards the bottom look for the above number next to a security update, click remove to uninstall it, restart your pc.

Automatic updates will keep trying install this update again later if "automatic" is set, i changed mine to "notify me, but don't download or install them" option
