Error Message - Illegal System DLL Relocation?

Every time I attempt to install Opera or AutoRoute 2005, the installer program gives me the following error message

--------------------------------------...

Error in Application - Illegal System DLL Relocation

The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation error occured because thee DLL "C:\WINNT\System32\Shell32.dll occupied an address range reserved for Windows System DLL's. The vendor suppying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.

--------------------------------------...

I seriousely need some help with this. This is an error I really want to get rid of.

Error Message - Illegal System DLL Relocation?
You need this hotfix.

Reply:go to the microsoft site the fix is there for this loads had it recently
Reply:You can delete Shell32.dll from your computer and that might sort out the problem.
Reply:DO NOT DELETE shell32.dll it is a system file.

Windows keeps two copies of dll files in.

C:\Windows\System32

C:\Windows\System32\DLLcache

Possibly there is a conflict in that Autoroute came with a newer version of that dll file but Windows insists on using the old version that resides in cache?
Reply:I had the same thing a couple of weeks ago, it appeared from nowhere, quite unexpectedly. I ran Windows updates and it cleared itself. Not being of a technical nature, I had no idea what it was but it's gone and I'm now a happy bunny once more. Hope that helped.
