Hotbar is a spyware..you need to download and run a spyware removing program..you can find one of those at download.com
How do i fix this "C:\PROGRAM~1\Hotbar\BIN\451~1... error?
you will likely need to re-install hotbar then uninstall it from the Control Panel removal tool.
