Illegal System DLL Relocation???? what is this thing????

application_executable_name - Illegal System DLL Relocation





The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\Windows\System32\shell32.dll occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for a new DLL.





i have being facing this problem from a month! every time i try to install something or try to open any program this error comes up.... can anyone help me to solve this thing????

The problem is related windows dll files what i can suggest is that you restore your windows to the earlier time when it was workin or take the backup of the system and format the system and reinstall the OS.
