it means that either the image has been deleted/moved/or the extension name is not that of an image. try reinstalling the software. it seem to me a game. if it is so them make sure you copy the "save" folder in another place before uninstalling. then when you complete reinstallation make sure to replace the file. this is where the saved files are.
